Ariel is a major brand of laundry detergent made by the leading global consumer goods producer Procter & Gamble (P&G) headquartered in the US. It is one of P&G’s top brands, sold mainly in Europe, Central and South America, and East Asia, with annual sales of more than USD 1 billion. Ariel entered the Japan market in 1986 and sales continue to grow due to its developed science of cleaning that removes dirt in just one wash without the use of bleach.
Licensing opportunities using the Ariel trademark are available. Licensed Products developed up to now include mold cleaner for washing machines and bleach.
