THE COUNTRY DIARY OF AN EDWARDIAN LADY™

THE COUNTRY DIARY OF AN EDWARDIAN LADY™

Originally entitled Nature Notes for 1906, this collection of beautiful paintings and musings inspired by the English countryside was not published until 1977, some time after the passing of author Edith Holden. However, it remained on bestseller lists for 64 consecutive weeks, a feat that was even noted in the Guinness Book of Records.
Holden’s delicate, refined paintings of English flora, birds and butterflies can now also be found adorning numerous domestic products and gift items around the world.
